It’s an affectionate, at times hilarious sort of companion piece to “Mean Streets.” His parents, in their 60s, are well dressed in fairly contemporary looks: Charles has a colorful striped shirt with dark slacks; Catherine, a sleeveless pink ruffle dress and crown of purple-grey hair.
